I bought these brackets to use on a DIY shelving project.
What I love about the brackets is that the holes on the bracket for fastening to the shelf are double chamfered - allowing for a flush surface no matter how you choose to use them.
The brackets are well made out of 3/16" steel (I assume mild steel) with a wonderfully textured satin black powder coat.
The box came with two types of sheet rock anchors as shown in the photo (the package). They appear to be heavy duty but might be a bit overkill base on your individual application. However, they will work.
