I had a four level cervical fusion operation on my neck ( for herniated discs) in 2016 which left me with some limitation of movement. I use the Cloudz travel pillow every day to watch television and to sleep, because it prevents my neck from falling to one side and resulting in neck pain. I have tried multiple other brands but I found them to be either too stiff too big or too small but this seems to be just the right size. The only problem is that because I do use it every day it does get too soft after a few months, and I just have to replace it. The other good thing is that you can buy covers for them which can be washed.

This neck pillow is larger then the others, a little big for me to use in my recliner. More suited to a large man. The case is not fuzzy on one side like most are, ot is a heavy poly type material. Nice pillow
