I have 3 cats that think the house is a NASCAR track. I'm not certain how the little boogers did it, but it was not unusual for the rug at the front entryway to be forced half-way up the door restricting entry. I would have to move the rug multiple times a day as the "grip" backing on the "extra grip" rug most definitely was not gripping.
Since putting these on, the most the wee beasties have managed is to flip over 2 corners on one of their laps. Still feels weird I dont have to move the rug a few times a day.
Also roomba resistant!

These work great, the adhesive part goes on your rug and they stick to the floor without any adhesive. My rug no longer slides around. They also say you can wash your rug with these on them.

I usually don't write reviews, but much to my surprise these things work like magic. If you're skeptical, don't be! I bought a rug from Target with a fabric back that was so slippery - I put one in each corner and the rug no longer moves. So impressed! Great alternative to a rug pad.

These do work well, even when you need to reposition your rug, there is no damage & easy removal from the floor. However, slightly disappointed that they do not last through a washing machine cycle. Next time, I may attempt to remove the pads from the rug before I wash or super glue them to the rug like some suggested. Worth the purchase if I can continue to use after a wash cycle.

I bought these for two 8x10 rugs that are in a high traffic area. The rugs are medium thickness and very slick on the back, and my large dogs slide them all over the place when wrestling, excited or someone rings the dang doorbell. These are the perfect size and really help them stay put"¦for about a week. Once the floors get dusty, they stop sticking, but I've found using a paper towel to scrub them a bit helps them stick like new again. I've been using these for about 4 months and they've stayed in place on the rugs very well. I think they're worth the price and work far better than a "non-slip" rug pad.
