My son wanted a yo-yo theme for his 3rd birthday party and being that he can't have dairy the dessert part can be challenging. I came up with "yo-yo" Oreos dipped in this baking chocolate covered with sprinkles and bamboo skewers to act as string. They turned out awesome! I wouldn't say it tasted like white chocolate, more like a vanilla chocolate flavor, but honestly it was amazing and far surpassed any expectations I had. I dipped an entire party pack of Oreos in one big bar melted down. Best part is we have another bar I am going to try to make chocolate covered strawberries with! 100% recommend and will be buying again.
