I'm so glad that I didn't really pay attention to the reviews that I was reading. I almost cancelled the order but changed my mind and I'm very glad I did. My coat looks just like the picture. Full fur on the hood, nice and shiny and puffy just like I was hoping. It started getting cold here in NC at night down in the high 40's mid 50's. I said well let me try my new jacket, well it's nice and comfortable, you're going to feel a lot of warmth, and it stretches a little bit. I'm very top heavy and was a little concerned because I ordered a medium instead of a large, but it stretched and its a perfect fit. If you're having doubts don't worry because you'll be very satisfied, I know I am. I'm ordering my mother one right now. Those who ordered the coat, enjoy and those that re looking at the bad reviews, trust me don't pay them any attention go ahead and order your jacket. Looks just like the photo! It's so pretty and very warm! I hesitated due to the price bc I don't live in the north but, when it is cold this is perfect! I got a compliment the first time I wore it! Really love the beautiful red lining! The first one was snug so I got the medium which is a little loose but still fine. I normally wear a small. â¤ï¸
