I use the size M for my GSD and a L for my Dane/Lab mix. The size M straps are slippery and don't stay put well. I sized it for my GSD and then took it to my sewing machine and tacked it down in place. It works well now. The L for my Dane/Lab mix stays put pretty well. Occasionally he will slip out of it. If they try hard they can undo the velcro on the top and get out of it. However, if the dogs are monitored the muzzle works well.

I would say my biggest dislike is it doesn't seem very breathable, it's a good concept for an after surgery muzzle but I feel like the mesh needs more spacing especially with the layers, it worries me, but my dog seems to be okay, better than the cone
