I purchased this for my husband, along with the Pixar Crash Challenge Playset, for Father's Day. He wanted something fun to do with the grand kids and I knew this would be a winner. I should have taken a photo of the faces of our 3 and 4 year-old grandsons; they were so excited! Our 8 year old grandson and 5 year old granddaughter weren't so sure, but they all ended up having a lot of fun with the cars and the play set.
The cars are really sturdy and stood up to the rough use of all 4 grand kids, as did the play set. I would highly recommend!

great fun for the kids and adults alike. rather than crashing into each other, they've started taking turns to see whose car goes further. it's well built, but comes apart at the joints easily (possibly for storage, but annoyingly so to toddlers who are not gentle). a better locking joint would be a good plan for the next update. other than that, a great toy

The media could not be loaded. Purchased for my son for his birthday. Setup is very easy with just a few plastic parts that "click" together for assembly. Comes with stickers to decorate the track, that are fun for kids to put on. The track comes with 1 yellow car that has shock springs in the car. It works pretty well (see video). The end of the ramp adjusts in height with a small knob that you turn.
I bought 3 extra cars (Lightning, Mater, and Doc). They did not have shocks but still worked well on the track. Mater is weighted incorrectly, so he only stays on the track if you put him on backwards.
Overall a great bargain for the price. Would recommend for 18 months to 4 years old children. I would also recommend purchasing extra cars so that you can use both tracks to race.
