I used two of these to broadcast my security camera system to two monitors in different rooms of my house. They worked great until we installed solar panels on our roof. After that the signal would drop very often, making them unreliable. We ended up having to hardwire the monitors in order to keep the video on the screens at all times. I believe this was the result of radio interference from the solar panels, which could not be prevented. I still would recommend them for anyone that doesn't have radio interference sources near them.

I bought this for use in a performing arts theatre for a remote projector that is difficult to run cables to. The distance was not great, but the access is limiting. This item worked great! I used another piece of hardware to split the HDMI signal to two projectors. There may be another project coming up where wireless HDMI will be useful, so I'll be looking into how many signals I can send simultaneously from different sources (i.e., how many separate channels does this system support.)

I added a powered HDMI splitter so my notebook output goes to my 24" monitor AND feeds the J-Tech that sends everything to my big screen TV. No wires across the family room any more! Finally! I'll probably get another set for our log home in the forest where we have no cable, no internet, and no cell phone signal. This will make it cozy for watching movies, listening to music, and working on our joint projects on the big screen there. I wish they had a full power off button. I use a remote power outlet to turn them off when I'm not using them.
