Insurance only covers 1 every six months but they stretch out way before then. This one was way cheaper than buying from a medical parts store. It fits very well and stays in place all night. The clips were different from the headgear I get through insurance but was very easy to remove and add the clips from my old headgear. The straps are easy to adjust. The Velcro feels strong and hold very well over night. The packaging was minimal which was great. No unnecessary plastic or papers to get rid of after. Will be buying again as needed.
