It works as described. You will sweat. If you're not use to wearing rubber... Lol (husband joke)... It will feel weird. Stay hydrated while using it. Reason why I say get one size bigger is for more room. My husband said while stretching the crotch area ripped. For every other excersise it held up and the best feeling is when you take it off/open the ends and watch your sweat pour out.
