Good product. Comes with gaskets and teflon tape for installation. Nickle coating matches existing shower piping and shower head. It was a little more expensive than I would have thought, however there were no other nickle coated extention pipes I could find. It lowered the shower head down 7" so my wife can freach it more easily and also change the shower head direction.

I had a new shower installed & did not think to have the shower head nozzle lowered. This little 10" extension maked it much more handy to place the shower spray, on the holder. Use a little plumber tape on threads & you are good to go! Not some cheap looking item, FIRST CLASS CHROME!

The builder set the rainshower head too high and the water would be cold by the time it hit my body (at least in the winter). 10" was the perfect extension so that the water didn't have to travel as much while still being able to put my arms up while shampooing and not hit the fixture. I was so surprised when I received the package because it was so well packaged and I had completely forgotten it included the Teflon tape (which saved me a trip to the store). The extension itself seems to be of the highest quality!
