I bought this for my mom for Christmas last year. They were working perfectly until about 2 weeks ago when we started to get a no signal light. After we did everything we could think of, I contacted the company. There is a 12-month limited warranty but I was sure they were going to tell me it was out of warranty since it had been 9 months. That did not happen at all!!! They walked me through a few things to try and when that didn't work, they sent a new system out free of charge. They were wonderful to work with and I appreciate the help they gave. I feel very confident buying from them again in the future.

I have sennheiser unit that is on its last leg. The Simolio 2.4G work just fine. This is the set for my replacement of my sennheiser. I like the seven settings it has. It took me a while to balance them to my liking. When I first got them I didn't like them. After adjusting all seven they are great. I had to change the ear pads because my ear was hurting. Now I have different one in each ear and that cured the pain in the ear. Simolio was my pick of the other hearing devices that seen.

Performance of these earphones rates 5 STARS. The reason I have rated them at 4 Stars is do to a comfort issue. Volume, balance between left and right earphones and quality of the sound are just about perfect. The ability to hear others speaking at the press of a button w/o having to remove the earphones is very nice. The major negative for me is that after wearing the earphones for about 15 minutes they become uncomfortable. The weight of the controller to which the ear phones for me is too heave thus the exert excessive weight on my ears. It would be better if the earphone controller had an additional plug which would allow using lighter earbuds which for me would be a lot more comfortable.
It should be noted that not all connection options will work depending on the TV to which they are connected. I tried to use the optical digital connection with a SAMSUNG Smart TV. The connection did not provide sound to the earphones. But when connected via the RCA plugs the earphones worked great. Don't know reason what the optical connection did not work since I don't believe the TV has DOLBY sound.

The earphones are excellent, hearing has improved to the level of enjoying entertainment again. Very easy to operate and you can walk all over your house without missing out on your tv shows.
The only down side was the flat and expensive batteries aren't holding up. Not due to discharging like one would expect but, because the batteries are bulging , becoming round. Once this happens they no longer make contact or will fit in in the earphones or chargers.
Even with this problem, the earphones are superb. Customer service is even better and have replaced the batteries without any problems. They are even, at least from what I understand, looking into other battery options. Maybe this will help in extending the battery life and prevent further damage to the earphones and chargers.
I would strongly recommend the Simolio for those with dialog hearing issues. The customer service is a plus and a strong reason to look into further purchases from Simolio.
