Love this tea kettle. Going strong since 2015. But recently the plastic gasket that keeps the lid on broke apart. I don't see anywhere to replace this. No parts listed. So now the top starts to fall off when I tilt it to pour the hot water out. Otherwise a super product

Ugh! I'm so sad! I was so excited for this tea kettle to arrive! It's so beautiful and sturdy! I love that it is ceramic both inside and out and BPA free. The lid fits on nice and snug, even when tipping to pour out. The problem is, IT'S WAY TO HEAVY IF YOU HAVE ARTHRITIS. Bummer! Not the kettle's fault. *sigh* Coulda been a love affair. :(

We used this for several years at home (multiple times a day, because I drink a lot of tea), and then my husband took it to work. It's been a great appliance in a 10-person office with several dedicated tea drinkers there, too. In the mean time, we've had to replace other (way more expensive, supposedly fancier) electric kettles because they just stopped working.
