Very good. I was drinking a different brand of Papua for many years that I loved, but that company decided to reduce their 16 oz coffee bag to 12 oz for the same price as their 16 oz bag. Inflation is hurting everyone, unfortunately, and my family is feeling it as well, so I had to try a new coffee that made fiscal sense. I like Volcanic very much. It tastes a little different from what I'm used to, but I like it well enough. I'll continue to buy it. It's good value.

I was truly surprised that the taste is great! YES low acid. Only thing I accidently bought ground. Prefer to grind my own, but the taste was still good. It does not hold fresh taste after sitting for a while though. Some coffees do. So only brew what you will drink right then.
