A sleek looking faucet and install went well. I have always purchased Delta faucets in the past and this is the first time I've tried a Kraus product. Very impressed with the quality thus far. However, I do wish the weight for the pull-out handle were heavier. When releasing the pull-out it doesn't go all the way back in. Yes, I know you don't want too much weight to snap it back; however, this is just not enough. Yes, I've checked to make sure the braided hose is not catching on something causing this issue. Yes, I've positioned the weight at the bottom center of the braided hose! The issue is the lack of weight!
Problem solved, I just added another weight and it works fine now. Would be nice if included another weight ... about have the size of the one sent ... to add it the customer needed/wanted it.

I looked around a long time for a faucet and all the review and brands were confusing. I saw this and it is identical to much more expensive ones so I gave it a try. It is great. my contractor installed it so I cannot say if it was easy but he commented that I got a good product. Only two water flow options but that is fine for me. switching back and forth is easy with two buttons in back of sprayer. It snaps back into its slot easily. I have it only a few weeks so cannot say for long term but so far so good. No leaking, no annoying features
