They work

as advertised
Fits well with adjacent HDMI cables and works with 4K UHD

I was concerned that the size of the plug might interfere with HDMI cables in adjacent HDMI ports but this proved not to be the case. I had no problem with connecting HDMI cables in adjacent ports (see pic). I used this on a UHD (Ultra High Definition) 4K TV and I had read that I should use a protector that met the HDMI 2.1 standards but this protector, which meets the lower level HDMI 1.4 standard worked fine with no discernible degradation in the picture quality.
There is really no way to know if it will actually protect the TV in the case of an electrical surge coming from the connected cable TV box so I'll have to trust the manufacturer's specs for the surges that this device is protective of.

They Work, but Pricey

I have purchased these same devices in the past and they do work to some extent, but a serious surge gets past them destroying them and generally the device they are protecting. They are high-priced for no more than they are so buying them is somewhat of a gamble.
HDCP broken, Xfinity X1 breaks, with receiver.

When connected between Denon receiver and X1 cable box. Screen flashes, HDCP breaks. Trying, to protect receiver HDMI board, doesn't work, was skeptical to begin with. +++Updated+++ The vendor/seller is working with me after my review - not knowing exactly the cause of failure they have made good and refunded my money. Regardless of the device experience I bumped up the review of the product since the vendor was very helpful.
Wasn't effective for my ESD problem, but great customer support

Our AV booth has some kind of static electricity / grounding problem. Walking around and then touching the wall creates a static shock which knocks out our HDMI signals, which is very bad for live streaming and recording. I had hoped these would help isolate our electronics, but ESD is a tricky thing.
It didn't work for our setup, but the company was quick to respond and help. Thanks!
