I bought it for my grandma.She had foot surgery.We need to take her up and down stairs.This sling really helps.It is well made,strong enough to be used.Before I bought it,I hesitated,because someone said the shoulder straps slipped.But actually,it works well.There is a front belt to prevent it from slipping. We follow use instruction,take a little practice and find it easy to use.By the way,my grandma weighs 108 lbs and is 5.2 foot tall.Overall,it is a good product.Thanks for seller.
