Having received this clock several weeks ago, it was timed/matched exactly with the Certified Atomic Chronometer residing at the U.S. Navy Observatory, and is keeping within one second. I keep this next to my bed. Size is good, 5" "” good for people w eye trouble. I can just make out the numbers w/out my glasses. Alarm is good, easy to set. Best of all is the button on top for illuminating the clock to check the time in the dark. It is standing up to the challenge. Attractive, inoffensive design. However, I found a smaller one I like even better, a 3" or so black Westclox, digital display, w a button you press to see it illuminate at night. Best one of the half dozen or so I've bought. Less attractive but better functionality. So I keep each on either side of me at night.
