The bed seems to work well except one of the legs bent while moving the bed. I have no idea how to contact the manufacturer. It looks like they are offering upgraded legs now, but i'm not going to spend almost $100 more.
Update: I've been using this bed for a while and now that my frustration of setting it up are gone I have to admit it works great, the motor is silent, and the controller is still on it's first set of batteries. I wish the feet up and down didn't use right and left buttons because I can never remember which is up or down. The bent leg hasn't caused an issue.

I've had this bed frame for 3 years now, and it's been fantastic the whole time. I struggle with pain and fatigue and this bed frame allows for me to take regular breaks throughout the day without having to fully lie down. It was also great when we had surgeries or respiratory infections, as a slight elevation of the head of the bed at night either made it easier to get in and out of bed after surgery or allowed for less sinus congestion. The motor is quiet, the remote is responsive and hasn't yet needed new batteries, and the frame has held up wonderfully and looks the same as the day we bought it. I'm never going back to a regular frame.
