I believe the product is supposed to be worn the opposite of the advertisement. I'm basing this on two things. 1) a previous pair I owned from another company that I loved, (but they aren't here any longer). 2) who is looking for cushioning of the ball of their foot? Do you like stepping on a waffle screen with your painful feet? Does that feel cushioning to you?

I loved how stretchy they are and that they stay in place. I need only the right foot, and have use up 1 already. I will use the other today. I feel they should last longer then 6 uses.

The first pair didn't last long - they ripped within just a few uses which was disappointing but they were comfortable. You get what you pay for and these are dirt cheap compared to others which is why I'll give them 4 stars.

The product provides metatarsal support but does take a a bit of space in your shoes. I'm now wearing shoes 1/2 size bigger with this support. Early signs or relief. Will see how this is over the long run.
