Nice raincoat but disappointed in quality of product

This is a good lightweight raincoat for grocery shopping and such. The length gives extra protection, and the hood is available if needed.
With the drawstring on the hood, it encloses my head too much and I have to push back to see. Wish they had snaps at the base of the neck also. I like that it can be zipped or snapped to enclose your front area. It has been nice to keep the wind out so this keeps me warmer than I expected-welcome in Oregon winter weather.
The sleeves cuff area seem to not have been "pleated" completely on one arm. The silky material shows more than it should and you cannot adjust. The abnormal amount of threads left hanging on the inside zipper area was not something I expected. No inspections?
I would purchase again though. It suits my purpose for a reasonable price. I love the light grey I ordered.

First off, I do love this jacket! It looks so cute and stylish. I live in Florida & in the summer it rains every day so I decided I wanted a cheap rain jacket. This rain jacket is definitely water resistant, but it is not waterproof. You will eventually get wet if you're in this in the rain for too long. But this jacket is cheaper than a lot of options and it still helps keep you dry for longer so I am satisfied with my purchase.

I got this for my coraline costume for Halloween and it's perfect. Its not a heavy oilskin raincoat or anything but it's breathable and comfortable.
