Great for converting RCA AV composite legacy game consoles to modern HDMI TV input

I used this from the output of a 4-way AV switcher from multiple legacy Nintendo NES, SNES, GameCube systems into my 55" TCL Roku TV and it worked great. Not as perfect as connecting to a genuine tube TV with AV inputs, but does the job to be able to keep using the game consoles with a more modern TV that only has HDMI inputs. I have been satisfied with the performance. Not perfect, but good enough for legacy game systems.

Received items/RCA to HDMI converter system components when using a portable dvd/vcd/cd player to a Thinlerain monitor for viewing movies or USB type plug in. Though, initially thought that I would need this components but realize...I got the wrong one but will keep it for future use. I needed a male counterpart to insert to the female type plug RCAs to make it work & instead I got the female parts as same w/ the dvd/vcd/cd in the back side of the player. But then the HDMI I had that came with the dvd/vcd/cd player is all I needed to make it work. And it did. Thanks.

Item arrived and was easy to installed as per video, and my DVD came to live, but the moment I switched on TV started making loud noise, I reconnected and did again, same thing, I'm wondering what did I wrong, or what is the problem. I wish I could talk to person from the company, but I don't know how to find them. Is nowhere to fing help as Amazon's only concern is about delivery. I posted a question but so far no answer, shame.
