This is a very good sturdy pole saw.

Nice sharp chain cuts well through thicker branches.

Two draw backs. Sometimes just stops cutting, but if I release button and press again, it continues. Wish there was another extension to reach a little higher. Guessing an 8 foot reach is what I get.

The saw was a bit top heavy but it worked better than I expected. The battery lasted long enough to complete the work I wanted. I did cut Mango, avocado, rambutan, jabotacaba, and various citrus. I was impressed with the capability of this 40volt saw.

The first time I used it worked so well that I got carried away because it cut so easily. I stopped, looked around and realized I had a huge amount of branches on the ground I had to deal with.

All that cutting and it only used one bar on a 2AMPHR battery.

A neighbor borrowed it. He filled a trailer. I had given him three batteries to use but found he had only used one and only one bar on that battery.

He had bought a Dewalt battery chainsaw trimmer but said he wanted to try mine as his cut too slow. He said he is returning the Dewalt after using mine.

I told him he doesn't need to own one because he can borrow mine anytime he wants. He returned it clean as I gave it to him.

I was concerned, and still am, that the parts came loose and disorganized in the box, and the product with slight signs, as if it had been handled previously, even though I bought a new device. It is not true that it does not require oil. Yes, you need it and you have to buy it separately, but it is easy to place and doesn't get dirty. I have used it a couple of times and it has worked perfectly. It is lightweight and cuts very well.
