I've had the headset since Nov 2019. Had to send for another set as the first died after 2 hours of use. This headset after updates worked fine for months, slowly over time it's very intermittent but it will have sound issues! Also I woke up today in my Tractor and forgot to charge the headset, as I reached for the charger it burnt my hand and also burnt the floor of my company owned Freightliner! So now I'm using a android charger instead of the charger for the head unit. I only wonder if I had charged it overnight would this have burnt the truck with me in it??? Freaks me out now.

I have tried several bluetooth options, including the highly rated plantronic voyageur 5200, and this has been the best solution for me. It's much bigger than any of the other models (obviously), but I work remotely with two dogs on the phone and this is the only headset that actually has the background noise cancellation as promised.
My biggest issue with the plantronic headset was the connectivity - it would start to sound garbled like the person was under water.
The biggest issue (which is not a big deal for my situation) is that this headset does not have good range - I usually lose connection within 15', and it does sometimes lose the connection with the phone. It does not take much to reconnect the headset, but it is distracting during a call.
Overall, this has been the absolute best headset for my situation. If I were traveling, I don't know that this is what I would use because of the size and bulkiness of the headset.
However, if you have a noisy environment, it's worth the sacrifice!
