I've been using this vitamin for years and it works; be patient and slowly you will see results and you hairdresser will too.

I've been using this supplement as directed for 3½ years and my results have been wonderful. I had thick, heavy hair that grew quickly. As I reached menopause my hair began to thin noticeably and it didn't grow like it used to. My nails have always been thin and weak, and I had suffered for years from rosacea. About six months in to this supplement my hair and nails started to grow faster, and my rosacea symptoms began to lessen. My skin flushes were less often, less pronounced, and less painful. While I have not experienced hair re-growth, both hair and nails grow even more quickly, and my nails are much stronger than before. I actually have to cut my nails to keep them from getting too long! Hair loss seems to have stopped entirely. I take this product religiously, and as directed.

Not having the extreme rosacea symptoms has been pretty miraculous for me. My skin would redden to the point of looking like your worst ever sunburn, it would itch and burn like crazy, and even swell somewhat. The symptoms would often last for weeks, even with using topical prescription meds. It was miserable and I HATED it. After taking HHS&N for several months, I noticed the symptoms were beginning to abate. I still have flare ups, and this isn't a cure, if course. But, the flare ups are much much less painful (thank-you Andrew!!) which is the best part, but the extreme redness, swelling, general irritation and heat are hugely lessened. The flare ups also occur much less often. Hallelujah! Even if this product did nothing for hair or nails, it's worth it just for that! The rest is just gravy, as far as I'm concerned.

Take this for at least six months before deciding yes or no....it takes a while to see results. Take twice a day, as directed. And if you take more than you need, your body will just excrete it. It's expensive, so you may not want to flush it away...literally. I don't ever want to be without this supplement. I had tried a couple of drug store brands and had absolutely no results after 12 months. Brand seems to make a difference with this type of product.

ETA: I've noticed several comments about price. The best prices are available on the Home Shopping Network (HSN) when they have promotions. Just go to their website and set a reminder. You will be notified when they are promoting Andrew Lessman products. The best deal for this product is usually in July.

I want everyone to know, I hope this helps some folks. About three months ago my hair just started falling out, I am a 60 yr old woman and of Latin origin. I had tons of hair, I mean tons. I love Andrew Lessman healthy hair skin and nails. I used it oh almost 20 years ago and I was thrilled. Especially because my pink on my nails got Pinker my white got brighter and whiter. So I always felt like it was the creme-de-la-creme especially having watched it on HSN all these years. I also never replaced it with any other brand. But I wasn't able to return to it until now. I bought this and Circulation & Vein Support. Which arrived in 2 seperate shipments. Sadly, my shipment was stolen. So while I am enjoying the C&VS someone else got great hair skin & nails. I am honestly hoping Andrew Lessman Vitamins will take pity on me and send a replacement? As I was on a strict budget and can't afford to buy another for a while. This was intended as an ongoing purchase/use as I am on a hair journey and only wanted the best. It is to be said that Andrew has the best product quality and ingredients while being dold fir so little. Other companies are twice the price and up. I was only going to take one a day bc it's so much more powerful than what I bought years ago. And buy monthly. That plan is derailed. SHIPPING us the ONLY reason I didn't give five stars. It's been a struggle for me ever since Amazon began using Uber. Theft PRACTICALLY NEVER has happened to me. Loyal Amazon customer almost as long as it's been in business and don't plan to stop anytime soon. But this purchase was made counting my pennies and I'm hoping someone will work with me? Thank you.
