I got this not only for the lumbar support, but also to push me forward in my seat as I have short legs. This cushion has drastically reduced strain on my knees while driving. The foam itself is comfy on my back in both hot and cool weather. However, the strap is essentially useless after the first few months. I have to find a new way to keep it lifted off of the seat.
