Pretty stiff cord for the money.

Appears to be good quality. Connections are tight fitting. The jacket is stiffer than I'd like though. It's just pvc. In 80 degree temps, it's even a little stiff. At freezing temps, I bet it's difficult to deal with. I also bought the ac works cord and compared it side by side with this one. The jacket on the ac works cord is significantly thicker, and much more flexible since it's cold weather rated. At only $10 more for the ac works cord, I'd say it's a much better buy.
This cord is very heavy-duty and great quality.

I installed a 6-50 outlet on the outside of my house to charge my EV, but I had to park my car in the lawn for the cable to reach it. This cord was an excellent addition to extend the length of my cord so that I can charge the car while it's in the driveway. The cord's jacket is very thick, so I am completely comfortable using it outdoors. I've only been using it for 2 days but I expect that it will hold up nicely. The build seems very high quality

Needed to work outside my garage, and this cable worked well allowing me to use my 250 Miller welder closer to the welding project outside the house. Put about 3 hours of use welding 1/4" steel with no issue thus far. Time will tell how long it will last but so far so good.
