This electrolyte drink has all the appropriate hydration ingredients, the flavor is good - but it is not PH balanced, which sets my acid reflux off - HOWEVER! If you add a 1/2 tsp (or so) of baking soda into a chilled & freshly opened bottle, then close the cap tight & vigorously shake it (then let it settle for a minute or two) - the reaction between the acid & baking soda equalizes the PH levels & it releases CO2 (carbon dioxide) - which turns it into an electrolyte carbonated beverage! 🥤 🥂ðŸ»

Let me start off with I wanted to try since I first heard about this brand & let me say holy smokes the flavors are good from peach mango, orange, strawberry lemonade they were all delicious but I'll really put it to the test when I got out to drinking on Saturday hopefully I remember to write an update about it lol all in all if you want something better than just water that will be good tasting this is it I will also be trying to powder packs to when I get my hands on it.
