I'd give it a five except,Love this ice maker! My saving grace! Not had it a year and it's giving errors that ice is full. Tried troubleshooting it. Reached out to customer support directly to vendor to see if they can replace it. Awaiting response. Hopefully it's a simple solution.

If you are in need of an additional supply of ice, this machine is THE ONE TO BUY! I read a million reviews and choose this one for the ease of use and care. It makes ice quickly and is not noisy at all!

It will help you get any remaking water out of the machine left from making ice. No one wants stale old water sitting in their machine. I purchased the baster and it did the job perfectly. If you need ice and are looking for an easy way to make it-this is the only way to go!

We use this every day. I put ice in zipper bags for later use too. If we don't use it for a few days, I just empty the water and let machine sit. Made the mistake of letting it recycle the water for a few days - ice was salty and off. So just drain and turn off if not being used daily. During the hot weather, I bag up ice for our pet water bowls - nice to have anytime for them too! Even the chickens! My mom and adult son have same machine, all work great!

Great little ice maker, Even though the cubes are not large it does do a good job of keeping you supplied with ice cubes you get about a small palm full with every serving and it takes about nine minutes give or take to make a batch what I like about it is you fill the reservoir and you can walk away and not have to worry about it it automatically senses with the basket is full and will shut down when it senses the basket getting lower it automatically begins producing more ice. The only thing you need to keep is the water level which does last very long time, the ice that melts does drain into the reservoir. for the money it is a great little unit.
