I love this foot rest! I have neuropathy issues with one of my feet and have struggled finding a footrest that would keep the pain down. This footrest does that. I purchased this as I work from home and sit most of the day. I needed to alleviate some of my back pain and pressure on the back of my legs. It seems to be helping with that. I have two problems. First, it Is not helping as much as I thought it would. And second, it wants to slide across the carpet. If there were a way to stop the sliding it would be better.
