Nice desktop humidor and Great Customer Support

Waited to write this review until humidor proved it would hold humidity. It has been working flawlessly. I own a couple desktop boxes used at work and home - I have experience seasoning and maintaining desktop humidors. First unit came with a damaged hinge. Alice at "Woodronic" was very helpful - shipped out a new humidor and she called to make sure it was received and we discussed the recommended seasoning method. Very knowledgeable customer service. This company stands behind their product!
*Be sure to calibrate/adjust the digital hygrometer - it is best if you have a separate one that you calibrate (I find the salt method to be easiest and reliable enough) - then place the correctly calibrated hygrometer in the box - let it stabilize - then you can adjust the digital hygrometer that comes with the humidor.

I ordered this humidor from Woodronic and wasn't patient with the seasoning process.
