These are good pairs of headphones, but they're not great, at least in my opinion.
Before buying these headphones I read reviews saying the bass was good, but there were also reviews saying the bass was not good. I am here to say that as a hardcore basshead, these do not have good bass. It's there, don't get me wrong, but they don't have the thump or tremble that bassheads are looking for. If you don't really care for bass all that much though, these headphones are probably for you! Vocals in music sound great and there is a lot of clarity there. Instrumental music sounds well in these headphones too.
Regardless of the lackluster bass, the 7.1 surround sound system works excellent. I can noticeably hear where footsteps are coming from and which direction they are from when gaming. The 7.1 surround sound does need software in order to work and apparently the 7.1 surround sound doesn't work on mac.
In terms of build quality, it's good everywhere except for where the hinges are. I feel like they could snap with not much force. They move side to side and you can adjust the angle of them to make the earcup sit more flush on your ear, but the sacrifice of that adjustability is long term durability. I'm glad I purchased the ASURION accident protection plan with these headphones. But yes, other than the hinges, the build quality on these headphones is good. The leather on the headphones is soft and feels very high quality. Plastics don't feel overly cheap and there is metal construction where the band connects to the earcups.

My only complaint about these is that they didn't live forever. I'm rough on headphones, and the only thing really wrong with these now is the earpiece coverings are falling apart. The foam inside is still good, but the "leather" skin is disintegrating. I don't remember when I bought them, but I've had them for a while, and I'm keeping them as my backup pair. (I plan on making coverings for the earpieces somewhere down the road.) Great product for it's price.
I need to stress this, I'm hard on my headphones. Them falling apart where they are is no surprise to me, it's where most of my headphones tend to fail. The sound is great, the noise cancelling was perfect. Like I said, I'm keeping them as backups, because functionally, they're still good.

I've had these for 5 1/2 months now and I can firmly say these are great headphones. I went into the search just wanting something fairly basic to use with my PS5 controller, and though there is some connection issue with the headphone jack on my controller, these are overall great. I got a second PS5 control for my gf and the headphones connect just fine and it stays connected even with movement so I think it was just an issue with the original controller and not the headphones. Just thought I'd mention it!
Anyways, these are great! I'm no audiophile but the sound quality is so much better than I was expecting. It's no Bose but it absolutely gets the job done. I love how noise isolating they are, not noise canceling but I do feel like I can put these on and not really hear any of what's going on around me which is great since I have ADHD and can get distracted or annoyed with sounds easily. But it's not so strong that I couldn't hear if someone shouted for me.
I bought these expecting to only really use them for gaming but I'm basically using them every day at work to play music or videos in the background and they're REALLY comfy. I can wear them all day throughout work, and then put them back on to play a game and I don't get a headache. I avoided headphones for so long because I wear glasses and other headphones pushed them into my temples but these somehow don't do that and I LOVE it. The material on the cups is so soft and pliable but still nice and snug.
I'm not sure what else to say because I just love these and I was so pleasantly surprised by them. If you're on a budget and just want a go to pair of headphones, these are amazing.
