Super effective with the correct exercises you want to perform that day, helps me focus and improve my form! Wow. Wow. Wow. I was so sick of the rubber latex bands that interfere with rolling up during your workout. These have a latex material that sticks to your clothing and does not move, roll and the resistance is incredible. Sounds crazy but I saw results after 1 use. Would highly recommend. Quality is amazing colors are fun and can't wait to post Pix.
I have used these since day 1 that I received them. Never did I ever think I would be able to make my dimples look less visible. These are amazing and I have noticed more change with these than my dumbbells and kettle bells. These are a must have. I am using the Middle band now. The smaller band is good but, I had a tibial plateau fracture and still recovering from that. MUST MUST HAVE!

Right off the bat, these resistance bands are one of the best ones you can probably find on the market for this price. I have used several different types of bands/elastics, and none of them were comparable to these. While others are often made of rubber elastic, break very easily, and lack resistance, these are the quite opposite. I ordered them while on lock down because I was motivated to try at home workouts with the extra time I had. The bands turned out to be very helpful, and were not a fuss. Rubber bands often roll up of fall of or snap, but these are made out of a thick material. Although its sturdy, it also has elasticity that provides the perfect resistance to my workouts. I can really feel the burn with these. They don't roll up or fall off.
There are, of course, different sizes/styles, as shown with he different colors. This is nice because for various exercises I can use bands with different elasticity. Its very convenient. The colors are also very nice :)
Overall, this is a great product for anyone who wants to enjoy a challenging and comfortable workout anywhere you want.
