Good looking toaster on counter and works perfect. Easy to adjust toasting time - doneness. Have not tried the warmers

Works great, beautiful and easy to use. Love it great quality and fits perfectly in my old toaster spot and easy to clean and not to hot on the outside when toasting, love the defrost and easy lifts.

We use this toaster several times a day. Great heating elements. Evenly toasted bread and it looks great.

Update:
Customer service reached out to me and offered me a no questions asked refund. I would have been happy with a replacement toaster but they quickly reimbursed me. I thought that was great and so I would like to be sure that it's known .... their customer service was great. I don't know why the wrong company information is listed with the toaster but I'm guessing that's more on Amazon than this company. I would recommend this company for their customer care.

Have had this toaster for 5 months and it gets used infrequently, 2-3 times a week at most. It worked fine until a couple weeks ago. We found that the rheostat on the left side doesn't work. We've tried to check it out but haven't found anything we can see that is causing it. I called the support number provided and was told that they aren't the right company. They don't sell appliances. Amazon has the wrong support information and they have been trying to get them to change it. She suggested I call Amazon directly. I will do this but at this point I'm spending way more time than I should have to about an appliance that is barely used and already not working. Can't recommend.

I've had this toaster for about four years and use it many times a week. I also bought two others for two other family members. They are all still working with no problems.
