I decided to try Amazon's brand of disposable underwear after paying much more for the name brand. I'm going through a bout of IBS which flares up as soon as I'm up & out of the bed & continues throughout my morning. I depend on these to help during times in the morning when I can't make it to the bathroom in time. The sizing worked for me being a size 12 pants & ordering a medium. I would say these are much bulkier in the crouch area vs. the name brand. Besides that these fit well & are not tight around my legs or waist. I'm 180 lbs. I can't account for leakage as I don't use them for bladder control. My 4 star reflects odor control. There's literally none. I don't soil the underwear, nor would I keep them on if I did. It's merely the gas smell that I deal with that stays in the underwear that remains & is well noticeable. I tolerate it as I don't work in the morning & am able to get away with wearing one a day. I feel the odor is absorbed but it's not contained. 20 pairs in a package for the subscribe & save price is worth the price for my personal issue.

I'm 8 months pregnant and preparing for postpartum. I was skeptical because I am 280 with big hips, legs and butt. I also tested out if it could hold all of my urine and it did! For me, that means, they will be able to hold all of the after birth fluids. I got the XL and they cover my front and back very well. Not too tight in the creases like the hospital ones are.

So I got fed up with all the incontinence products available. I have tried every one of them. I've tried pads. I've tried briefs. I've tried all the brands. Poise, Always, Depends and Tena. I am not sure why they don't absorb the urine as it's coming out. I think these companies try using a "stay dry" lining. What happens is it doesn't get absorbed and it leaks down the leg. This has been a problem for couple years. I was fixin to go on a cruise and was very worried about the fact that several times a day I had to change clothes because these competitors products were just about useless. As a last ditch effort, I saw Amazon had their brand. I was a little worried, but decided that it couldn't be any worse than what I was putting up with. I just can't even say how awesome these are! Since I bought these, I have had absolutely no issues of wet clothes or urine running down my legs. I can't figure out why they are so good and different than the others. One thing I have noticed is the crotch is wider. Another thing that is good is they don't bunch up and make you look like a baby whose diaper hasn't been changed in 24 hours. Sometimes I don't even have issues the entire day. I can go all day without having an issue. These look just as good at night as when I put them on in the morning. Other brands tear apart and a couple of them leave fluff on the floor when you go to pull them up. I cannot even think of one negative with Amazon's brand. As a matter fact the other day, before I could get to the bathroom, I ended up having an accident (I don't know how else to explain this, so that it is acceptable language. Haha) and it ended up running down my legs. I was rather amazed because I had not had any issues like that with the Amazon brand. Then I remembered that it was another company's product and I was trying to use them up. I was very happy about that because I love the Amazon Brands so much and as far as I'm concerned, there is nobody else's product that comes even close. Without a doubt, I am very confident you will be pleased with this product.

These are terrific, fit well, absorbent, and the price is great. As for fit, I wear the XXL and I have a bubble butt and they rise up to my waist front and back and stay very secure. Just be more mindful when putting them on. I found that folding the waist down and stretching them out a bit before pulling them up makes a big difference. These are 100% better than pads, they are comfortable like regular underwear, and no leaks. It sucks I have to use these, but I'm glad I found something I can rely on.

I never thought I would find disposable underwear in my size, but these truly do fit. I got the XXL based on sizing chart and I wear clothes 5X. These have plenty of stretch and if you have extremely heavy periods these are wonderful. Truly keeps me from having to worry about bleeding through clothes at work. Only downfall is I think the gusset needs to be a little wider on the larger sizes that way there is no spillage on the sides.
