Of all i've used so far, a few years, i like these best. and so i intend to stay with them. Fit is comfortable, neither bulky or tight. They haven't yet been tested for full accident, just normal leakage. I'm 190 lbs and these Large fit snug but not too tight. They stretch well. Plus i can wear them under summer long pants without giveaway. I use about 1 per day, sometimes a 2nd. Purple is not my fav color but i can live with it.

For the price and what I use these for, they are just as good as the brand named ones I've tried. I have pulmonary issues so I cough a lot and of course sometimes there's a small pssst. I don't think these are adequate for full fledged urination, never tried it, but for a few coughing episodes they are perfect. I know without wearing a pair of these I would be changing my cloth underwear several times a day and doing laundry more often than I'd like to.
