I ordered the Nebility Women Waist Trainer Shapewear Tummy Control Body Shaper Shorts Hi-Waist in XL/2XL Beige. I was a bit hesitant to order this size since I wear small and medium in shirts and size 8-10 in pants and figure this would be to big for me. However, when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised that the sizing chart is true to size. It has great stretch but firm hold around the waist and the ribs prevent it from rolling down which is a major plus for me. Its comfortable not so compressing you can't breath or sit down but perfect to keep everything in place with freedom of mobility. I had no issues bending down to pick things up there was no issues with rolling down or added compression. It isn't a fight to pull it all the way up however I did need some help getting the back pulled up to where I wanted it only because no human can twist their arm that far up and behind. I like that the leg area has a breathable pattern and its design prevents it from rolling up I don't see an issue wearing it under my Jean's or under dresses and skirts. I am very impressed with this product. It is the most comfortable and effective shapewear I have. I like the material it's made from, the ribbing, the vented pattern in the legs and I love how hi up it goes without rolling down. So glad I decided to purchase this brand and the size.

Idk if it's because it was around the holidays but it did not get delivered when it said it did and I requested a refund.. but I finally got it almost a month later"¦ who knows where it was this whole time.. but I tried it on and let me tell you it was not easy lol BUT ONCE ITS ON"¦.. HEAVENLY! I was smooooth, no muffin top no back rolls, nothing! It is phenomenal!

This product is such a comfortable and breathable shaper for me. This was my first time ever wearing one and I can tell it was going to do some molding to my body. It was such an amazing feeling to know that everything was tucked in place and my dress looked beautiful with the flat tummy that it provided me with.

It is also very comfortable to sit and eat with. No issue being able to sit for long periods of time. When it came time to eat I was able to eat perfectly fine and it did not bug me nor get in the way of my appetite.

The material itself is very stretchy and tight but movable to mold around your body. It completely flattens the tummy area and hugs your sides to mold your body. It also provides a boost to your glutes and makes them look perkier. It has a corset like material going around it to provide support and won't move out of place. And for the leg area it is designed with the material that hides cellulite and it is amazing!! I got a M/L and I weigh 140lbs and I am 22 years old. The product did it's job in such a comfortable way. I have no negative reviews about this product.

How do you fit a 10-pound sausage into a 5-pound casing? This shapewear! Admittedly, I probably got a size too small. I'm 5'6", 145 pounds, US pants size 8. I tried the medium. It takes several minutes to get into these shorts, inching them up, little by little. You have to take your time. Make sure to use the bathroom before you start and don't drink anything all day. It overlapped my bra very well and didn't budge. And, holy cow, it made my usually waist-less body look like Sophia Vergara. My waist looked the smallest its looked since I hit puberty and my hips rounded out beautifully, like a Victorian corset model. I was even able to wear a dress that is normally too snug. Success!!! Then slowly came the feeling of strangulation and claustrophobia. And the understanding of how corseted women used to faint regularly and how this particular garment would not be a good choice for me to stand for much length of time and then eat my wedding luncheon (and cake!!!). Sadly, I began to remove it. This was even harder than getting it on. I started to panic and think I may need scissors. But, little by little, I was able to scooch it down enough to get my arms into it, and straighten them out. Holding my arms out from my body a bit, I found it much easier to pull the entire thing down. I cannot imagine trying to use the bathroom in this. A trap door would be essential. Bottom line: I should have tried a bigger size; miracles are attainable with this shapewear; it is overkill for my needs; it WILL NOT move once in place.

I'll preface this by saying that I am the textbook definition of pear shaped; I carry ALL my weight in my thighs, hips, butt, and belly. I'm 5'0" and about 160lbs. Erroneously judging based on other reviews, I bought the M/L, forgetting that reviewers listing similar body stats likely also have breasts, and carry some weight there-- not so with me.

Needless to say, when I finally squeezed myself into the M/L, it cut into my thighs horrendously, and rolled down as much as it could at the top. I sent it back (great customer service and super easy returns, so props for that!) and ordered what the size chart said matched my waist measurement-- I'm between the 3X and 4X, so to be on the safe side I ordered the 4X. Well... I tried it, and although it wasn't painful to wear anymore, the leg hem area still cut into my thighs so definitively that I couldn't wear this shaper with pants. You could see the line of the hem through jeans while I was just standing in front of the mirror-- never mind sitting or moving around :/ And the thing is, neither shaper did a ton for my belly. Like, as tight as the M/L was, I would've expected some fairly powerful shaping, but I get the same smoothing effect from a pair of Maidenform shorts that are basically really sturdy stockings.

I ended up sending the 4X back as well, and I think I'm done experimenting with this product. I'm looking into something with more boning-- because that's the thing, the boning in this is only at ribcage level. It's presumably to prevent the top from rolling down, but there's still a centimeter or so at the top that can and does roll just enough to make a line under a shirt or dress. Boning all the way down, more like a corset, will hopefully shape more.

That said, if you have a different body shape, more chest and less thigh, this one might work great for you-- your tops and dresses may even have enough shape through the chest/bodice that the tiny bit of rolling won't be visible. It's not a bad shaper I don't think, just not for those of us who look like walking pears with arms.
