I got this for my elderly uncle and he has been using this for couple of weeks now (time to get adjusted to first hearing aid) so writing auditory feedback for him. My feedback is on build quality and customer service.
The product is well built, small and feels good quality when held.
This is definitely not the best hearing aid, but definitely a great value for the small fraction of the price . My uncle experienced a good boost in confidence since he started hearing better with this. He had his cove for about 2 weeks and now barely notices them in ears. Single charge goes a long way (2 days atleast with on-off use).
I had a spare power bank which I gave to him. Now he can charge his aid without need of any electrical outlet.
Somehow the best fit eardomes were mid long cone ones which was only one piece in the pack. I reached out customer service and they sent it out to me a extra pack of eardomes with safety belt for free. I appreciate what the quick turnaround and resolution.

Having experience with one set of very expensive programmable hearing aids and a number of inexpensive amplifiers, these have easily been the best overall. (Many mishaps with lost, laundered and dog-chewed devices.) The expensive ones were good but not that good, and unaffordable to replace. What I like about these, besides the price, is the ease of use. The controls are a simple on/off switch and an up/down volume dial. The part that goes behind the ear is pretty small, unlike some others. For people with small ear canals, the ear piece fits and is very soft. Instead of a hollow plastic tube that carries sound to the earpiece, an insulated copper wire powers a speaker in the earpiece itself, which lets you bend the wire around the curvature of the ear for a tight fit. Have not used these much in noisy settings, so can't comment on that, other than that noise cancelling in previous ones was pretty ineffective. Have had these for two or three months with no problems. It is a bit challenging to seat them into the charger - you just have keep gently wiggling until they go all the way in. A light tells you when it's charging. I wonder about the durability of the copper wire if it gets bent this way and that too many times, but so far it's fine. Highly recommend.

Now I overall rate these decent enough. I have significant hearing loss and have been that way since I was born. These were the first "hearing aids" I bought and they're honestly not bad. They DO wear out. Wearing them everyday I usually get a few months out of them, before they stop functioning. BUT for the price, the length of time I get out of them is better than the 4k that they want for most hearing aids. And it's nice that they're rechargeable so you don't have to waste additional money on batteries. According to the audiologist they do a great job of bringing my hearing level up from what my ears can do on their own.
They were affordable and worked very well. Bought second time.
