I've had this for almost a year, 10 months, and it will randomly disconnect then reconnect multiple times throughout the day. I don't know if it's a problem with the device or not. I do wish the usb c cord was longer. It works like a charm even with the disconnects, never had an issue with connecting monitors or devices to it. It's very easy to use.
Update: seller reached out to me after I wrote my review with some troubleshooting options. Unfortunately, they didn't work, but upon further investigation it looks like my wireless mouse and keyboard combo were causing the issue as once I disconnected the usb dongle and switched to a wired mouse and keyboard it had been working perfectly.

I was looking for a station to use for the three-screen setup in my office. This station is perfect. You will probably need to go into your screen settings to designate what three screens are to be active when in use and you will have to plug your 3rd screen into your computer but did not take long to figure it out. The only issue have is I wish the cord for the plug into my computer was longer.

I have a heavier-duty ThinkPad dock at my work but whenever I bring my computer home to work, I wanted to have another dock option at all. This was an inexpensive product so I gave it a try. I hooked up the following: 2 dell 23" monitors, corded keyboard, wireless mouse, corded headset, and webcam. Everything worked perfect on both my home Dell laptop and my work Thinkpad.
One complaint that I do have is that this doc does not have an audio port on it, so I purchased an audio to USB converter. It works great and converts other speakers to usb. What you see in the picture is actually a small sound bar that I've used in the past as a computer speaker however it only has the round audio plug in it.
One thing I will mention though is that it is important to have the right power supply for this dock. The dock does not come with a power supply but the instructions imply to just hook it up to a phone charger. Most of the standard phone chargers will not have enough output wattage to handle all of the peripherals that are plugged into this dock. I started with a regular 10 Watt plug but I found that the laptop would not charge when plugged in. So the laptop would run on battery. I connected my ThinkPad charger into the dock which was 65 w, and after doing that than the laptop was able to charge. So if you decide to buy this and use it for an extended. Of time, and you should also look into getting at least a 65 w charger.

So, I'll start off by stating - this seems like a decent USB-C hub. Even more so for a traveling consultant such as myself. It's compact and comes with a nice fabric carrying bag. A friend of mine also purchased this hub about a month ago and it's been working great for him. Me - not so much. Much like one of the other reviewers, which I did not see at the time of purchase, is experiencing intermittent screen flickering on one of the monitors. That was my experience as well. It's not frequent enough that hub was unusable, but frequent enough that it's annoying and getting returned.
My gut tells me this is because I was not powering this device externally to it's own USB-C PD port, but rather drawing the power from my laptop via the host device USB-C port. My machine requires a 170w power supply (well above what this hub is capable of) so I knew this hub was not going to be able to power it directly so the machine is still being powered by the external power supply as well.
So, with the exception of the screen flickering - this device worked great. No other issues, displays were great and all the devices I had plugged into it worked as expected. I would have liked to work, given it's a great price point as compared to other USB-C hubs with simple capabilities - especially having/supporting 2 HDMI ports, but nonetheless - returning it for something with a little more oomph behind it.
Also, I would add - don't buy this device if you're looking for a "cable management" solution like a traditional dock. The host device connection cable is very short and given the compact design, this turns into a mess of cables going in all directions.
