This is the most "coconutty" tasting coconut milk I've tried! I love the flavor.
Since I use coconut milk as my 'creamer' in my coffee, I do notice that there is a slight gritty texture to this product - not micro-creamy-smooth.
I like the "organic" sourcing too.
Price seems fair.

This coconut milk curdles and separates in coffee. Then, left me with acid reflux. Ugh!! So, I wanted to return this, and bam!! We can't return food items! I sure am upset right now!!
****Update**** Once I blend the can of coconut milk in blender, it's great! It stays mixed well. It tastes great! It's an excellent quality. For coffee creamer, it's just an extra step, I'm not use to.

My partner and I use this in our morning coffee. We love it! We've been purchasing this product for over a year now and the quality is consistently good. It's the only coconut milk I've found without guar gum that also comes in a non BPA can! So good!

This is the first time i bought canned coconut milk that actually curdles when pouring into hot soup, i was worried at first that it's bad, but then i googled it and apparently that is normal. But i've bought other organic with no additives canned coconut milk and it never curdled, you have litterally use an immersion blender to get it to blend into soup, otherwise the curdles connect and turn almost into something that looks and feels like paper. However i've eaten now 4 cans and i'm fine, i do think though there isn't as much fat content in this milk, because it doesn't really seperate, you hardly have to shake it, and when i opened it, the lid was clean, no cream stuck to it, unlike other cans i've bought. So i'm not sure if it's just very pure coconut milk which is why it curdles, which would make sense, or i don't know waht is different about it. I wouldn't say the taste or flavor is very strong even, so maybe it is very clean and pure but also low fat content.
