I am using these brushes for watercolor now. So far, they are doing great. I maybe had a hair or two fall out but did pretty well. I even scrubbed with the flat brush and it did great. These are inexpensive and great for the money. This case does not flip backwards into a stand. So if you need that then buy the case only for about the same price as this case with brushes. I plan to buy their other two sets of hog bristle and nylon for oils and acrylics. These are short handle brushes that come with the case. Oh, I am also able to slide some additional favorite brushes in the case that is already filled with brushes. Good luck.

The media could not be loaded. It's no wow brushes, but for the price I think they are fine. Very soft bristles and light weight handle. I like the case.
