Had a fall which caused many injuries, but no brakes (according to the doctors). The Neenca knee brace has done an excellent job of supporting my knee (stabilizers on each side), while leaving an opening for the patella (which was very sore). Very important to measure carefully to order the appropriate size in that the knee area is probable very swollen after the injury. The brace is very thick and strong, but comfortable. Very little slippage.

I ordered an XL because my size is at the exact cutoff for the L-XL. I believe it's like 17.7 or something. The XL arrived and it was slightly too big for me. Didn't give me enough pressure. I asked them for an exchange, and they just send me a size L. Now I have one for my bad pain/swollen days and one for just pain days. The L is pretty snug, so I do think the XL will still get used too. I love them both. And the customer service for this one? *Chefs kiss*. Thanks, guys. I'll come back in a few months to update my review for how well they're working for me, too. So far, super recommended.
