This is the best knee brace support I've tried. It truly supports, stays up during sports and I can wear all day. Can also cool the gel to keep knee from swelling. Material is soft on skin, flexible and quality -keeps its shape. While you slide on/off like a sleeve, it is not the thin useless sleeve material offered by other brands. Hand wash due to metal stabilizing spring on each side of knee. I have two with knee gel and one shorter Neenca w/o gel/springs. I wear the gel brace for pickleball and have avoided re-injury wearing these for 9mos so far. This brace does well to remind me to pick up my foot and not twist or pivot the knee.

Just put it on today. Having a MRI done of my knee today as well. Not sure if it's Osteoarthritis or a pulled muscle, just know I can't take the pain any more. Have looked at the knee braces for some time but as a woman I have huge legs, & I knew most would be really tight, feel as though they are cutting off blood circulation & just make things worse. I liked this 1 cuz u could measure your leg & see about what size. My leg was 22 around (measuring about 2 to 3 inches above the knee). I went with a XXL. Doesn't fit super snug but any snugger & it would be to tight. It is kinda heavy along with the rubber on the edges so it won't roll but I'm glad they have that there. & there is a hard piece on each side (not positive what it is made of) to help keep it from rolling. -Doesn't seem to make it annoying or bothersome. It's a tiny bit itchy but not terribly. Doesn't seem to cut in or cut blood circulation off. Is verily pretty comfortable. The cushion around the knee is nice. Not sure I could get my jeans on around it though? My stretchy bigger 1s maybe. -Just cuz my legs are bigger. It does right off seem to make it feel better. So I am glad I tried it. Hope this helps others.
NEENCA better than Bauerfeind, Recommend

I had a knee surgery two years ago. At first everything was ok, but then the situation started to deteriorate, and I had to look for things that will support my knees. I used more than 3 Bauerfeind knee pads. The product is good, but as you can see, it is expensive. I later found NEENCA on Amazon. This is a pretty good idea. I tried their 051 series and 053 series of knee pads.(In fact there is no difference between the two） The conclusion is that Bauerfeind is a very good product, but overall, NEENCA has won. Bauerfeind: The most impressive thing is the excellent breathability, as well as a good brand image. Silicone pads are larger and thicker. The Bauerfeind seems to be more shaped while the NEENCA is heavier piece of long rectangular plastic. That said, there is no noticeable difference between the two while wearing and running. NEENCA: The NEENCA is slightly longer than the Bauerfeind (see pictures) which gives me the sense of better support and compression over a larger area. Patella gel pads surrounds the kneecap, double-sided metal spring stabilizers fit tightly with your knee joint. These special functional element strengthen side support and maintains joint stability. It effectively disperses pressure, keeping your knee warm, lubricating your joints. Conclusion-Given the huge price differential and that you can buy several NEENCA sleeves for the cost of one Bauerfeind sleeve coupled with negligible performance differences I recommend the NEENCA.（I hope my review can help you :)
