My Yorkie was recently neutered and wouldn't tolerate a cone, so I ordered an inflatable pillow cone, which was worthless, he pulled it off immediately. My vet suggested a 'surgical onesie' or pajamas. I ordered this to keep him from licking/chewing his sutures. It is PERFECT. I could not be happier.
I measured him, the measurements are perfect. It's lightweight and exceptionally soft. There's a stitched area so I can cut a hole where he needs it for him to urinate through, although he's a 'belly band' boy, so this just goes over his belly band. It's so lightweight and comfortable, he doesn't notice it. I'm ordering a smaller size one for my female, just so we have it on hand.

We bought this for our 54lb male golden doodle after his neuter surgery to replace the cone. For reference I ordered an XXL and it fit perfectly. He was very comfortable in it and had zero issues. We did have to partially unbutton it each time he had to potty which was a bit annoying given how many snaps there were. I think a zipper or bigger buttons might have been less cumbersome. Another thing to note: male dogs can still reach their incision site with this suit, so I recommend using a pair of boxer shorts on top of the suit. Their tail fits perfectly in the boxer short hole and then you can slip their legs in each hole. We secured the excess fabric with an elastic at the top and it worked perfectly.
