The media could not be loaded. My 9lb Malshi was neutered yesterday; traumatic for us both. I knew beforehand that I wanted a soft collar and brought it with me, size small, on the day of surgery. It doesn't hinder or bother him at all. He treats it like a favorite pillow and can eat, play and sleep without any hindrances. What a welcomed relief for us both.
Update: Much ado about nothing on my part. We made it to removal day, 11 days later, and to him it was no big deal to be released from it. That's how comfortable this was for him. As suggested, I did insert a dog collar, also purchased on Amazon, to keep the collar from being squeezed off. Really, no need because he seemed nonphased by having it on. I really appreciated that it didn't deflate the whole time. His recovery with the cone was a major concern for me. Purchase this and it will be one less thing to think about.

I have a small chihuahua mix. He's about 11 pounds in the picture and wearing a size S. The fit is perfect and the quality is nice and soft. East to inflate. Easy to take on and off. Much better than a cone. He sleeps more comfortable too because it's like a pillow.
