Good for you but very large to swallow.
It's a shame they charge so much for the mini calcium versions.

Doesn’t make me nauseous
Jessi P.✓ Verified Purchase•June 28, 2023
I always take this with a meal or soon after eating and I make sure to stay upright for at least an hour after taking the pills. I'm also combining these with my prenatals, iron supplements & choline supplements. Even when combined with my other pills, I don't feel nauseous afterwards. Most prenatals don't contain enough calcium for mom and baby, so these seem to be doing the trick.
My doctor recommended

My doctor recommended this product for its absorbency. It's a little large, and since it's not made as a smooth capsule, it can be a little difficult for me to swallow.
