I did send the muzzle back to the supplier and was surprised to hear back from them. Their customer service is fantastic! They offered a replacement of my choice at no cost. I really do appreciate them contacting me directly to help with my issue. They would definitely receive 5 stars for customer service if there was a button for that! I still want to give an honest review, so I give them 4.5 stars for the overall experience. Three for this muzzle and 1.5 for customer service.

my poor dog has issues with his feet or he used to so one of the things that was always a big problem with him was trying to trim his nails and recently he had an ear infection and won't let us touch his ear so we had to get him a muzzle in that seem to help allow us to get his medicine in his ear, and it also helps a lot when trimming his nails he normally doesn't buy or launder anybody. He's a very, very good boy, very sweet, absolutely adores attention so when it comes to certain things like this, we know it's because he has a lot of anxiety and this really does help him with his anxiety. It helps him relax a little bit. I don't want to people see these and think that it's just another form of control of your dog but it's not. It's more about comfort for your dog and that's why I like this one because it allows him to be able to breathe. It doesn't cover the entire mouth. It just covers around the mouth and just keeps it secure rather than making him feel suffocated and this is a great tool for anyone who's got dogs you definitely have an issue getting their nails trimmed a lot of them do this definitely help you and it helps your puppy To.

My dog rubs her face on everything. The cheap muzzle from petco split very quickly. This is good quality but runs a little big. She is still able to nip us but it is much less frequent. If I have to reorder I will drop down a size so it is more snug and secure. I have a Shepard/ Belgian Mal and ordered a large.
