I am a size 8 and ordered a size 8 and they fit perfectly. My MIL recently passed and since I am the only one who wore her size, I got a pair of these from her stuff. My old NB were killing my feet! I think they were leather cross trainers... anyway I tried hers on and thought to myself, "These are like walking on air!" So I went on the hunt to get more of them. I walk/jog on a treadmill so I can't say how they would feel doing running or hurdles. They are very light weight and the uppers flex with your feet, so if you have a hurt toe or a bunyon or whatever they show gives and doesn't hurt it. I have a clumsy way about me and always seem to be stubbing my little toes so they are always injured. I can wear these pain free and still do my treadmill. I got this black pair to wear when I do backstage theater work. I think you could spend all day in them. The only downside is that they are not all that fashionable, but if I want a fashion sneaker I will dip in my closet and wear one of the many funky sneakers I have in there.

I ordered my usual size of 9 in the Logwood/Pale Blue and they fit, but are not even remotely blue in any way, nor are they like the color in the picture. They are truly purple, pinkish/lavender purple. Not my favorite... They are light weight and comfortable. The back is low and it feels like the back of foot/ankle would easily slip out if worn to walk or run but seems ok. I was going to send them back but wore them around the house for a while and decided to keep them even though the color is kind of putrid.

These shoes are so light and also very cushy. I have been wearing them for months now to walk and cross train, and i see no wear on the sole. The 'sock' fit is very snug, so it might initially seem that they run small.
The color scheme (i got the gray with turquoise and yellow) is very attractive, and looks great with red, black and navy. I get a ton of compliments.
