Purchased 9 months ago and the shower head has water coming about the side of it. Also one of the square knobs is showing signs of wear when it rarely gets touched. From what I can tell the company has no warranty.
Company reached out and sent out replacements. I didn't expect it, they went above and beyond

UPDATE: after months of using it, I noticed that it started to rust. Rust taking over at the square rain shower head. What product that is specifically made for water usage but starts rusting after few months. Will end up buying a better branded product made in USA. Now that the rust started to drop down and made rust stain on our tiled shower floor.
I love this in our bathroom after the remodeling. Plumbers had no problem installing it. We did have a defective unit as you can see in the pic. Where the nut screws into the shower head, there looks to be a tiny hole that was squirting out water. What's odd is at first the plumber thought it was a leak at where they were joining the rod and shower head. Upon further inspection, they see that the hole was in the nut itself and not at the union. Contacted the seller and they were very responsive and they sent out the replacement within a couple of days. I'll install the replacement part this week.

The looks is exactly what I was looking for. The 2 issues I have is the head uses ALOT of water. About 15 min shower my 50gal hot water tank is empty and I'm on well water so less pressure than normal houses. Second issue is the spray nozzle sometimes goes past the turn point and won't switch.
Looks and works great!

Bathroom remodel is complete and the new shower head is awesome! I could spend all day in the rain but water here in the desert is rare so I'll try to keep it quick.
Make sure you READ installation instructions!

Nice set. Important: put mobile shower head high enough and aside enough! when you stay under the main shower head it could be On The Way...
Looks great. Main shower head will be very conservative on the amount of water and it cannot be changed with the hardware intrusion (economizer inside the wall).
