The product can be new and the delivery speed is fast. The packaging is also very good, protecting the display. The host is Dell and the monitor is HP. The host is small and can be placed on the table. The slight disadvantage is that after starting, the fan sound will make a little noise. Another point is that there is no wireless network card attached, and only wired network can be connected when the goods arrive. I called for service, and one was delivered a week later. Very convenient, plug and play.

I purchased this since my laptop was dying. I couldn't be happier. All items listed were contained in a well packaged box. The speed is great, the amount of space in the hard drive for the price can't be beat.
Once complaint I do have is how heavy the monitor is, but it is a desktop so I won't have to move it very often.
Don't hesitate for a moment not to purchase like I did. It took me several days to come to the final decision to purchase and I am very happy I did.

Packaging loose led to damage

The system came in large packaging, which let the tower bounce and it was bent and the cd drive was bent from a shipping impact. on arrival, also the monitor was not in the original shipment. and the monitor took 9 days to arrive after the original cpu order.
the configuration for the system is great. speed and zero bloat ware but i had to call and get Microsoft to assist with auth of win 10 the code sent was for win 7 .
I was able to set the sheet metal in the sun and gently begin to un warp and finally open the system, with some gentle tapping and bending after an hr i was able to re align the cpu body panel parts. and the cd drive finally snapped back in, the system is GREAT for a re conditioned dell and the model shown and the model i was shipped were not as shown. but it worked uot in the end.
other than the shipping damage and the LONG time for the Monitor to arrive i give this sysrtem 5 stars. it is a great machine but if your looking for a gaming pc be sure to ask what power supply it has and if its a mini tower or a slim style, be well and Enhance your calm.

Refurbished Dell

This is my third refurbished Dell that I have purchased over the years. My second one was still working but with the downloaded Windows 10, it was much slower. My third one is working good so far. I have found that it is a little noisier. This machine has more to offer and works faster than the second one. The mouse was missing from the box but an email to customer service and it was shipped. The Dell Optiplex 990 is a smaller box and I like that. Happy so far.

Lot of computer for a little money. Best suited to browsing the interwebs, email, word processing, basic computer stuff. Computer and monitor looked pretty good, very minor scuffs. New keyboard and mouse are pretty cheap so I retained my old ones. WiFi dongle included but didn't try it as mine's hardwired. Popped off the cover and found the inside pristine, no dust at all and a few new parts to boot. Set up was a breeze and no bloatware on the OS install.
Customer service: yeah, I called them but it was out of my own ignorance. Haven't looked in a computer case in many years having all in ones and laptops in the house. With the cover off (had not powered it up yet) I noticed two long slots with nothing installed. Looked like memory slots to me. Assumed I had a computer with no memory. Sent a picture and called CS. Turns out the memory is behind the hard drive in this case and those were video card slots. They were super helpful and didn't make me feel like any more of an idiot than I already did. A++.
(If you want to utilize those slots, only a half hight card will fit the compact case and you may need an bigger power supply also)
So all in all, very happy.
